ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION

Welcome to ABP Network Private Limited. By accessing and subscribing to our website / app / any other digital platform [collectively referred to as “Site & Service”] you are entering into an agreement with ABP Network Private Limited ('ANPL') and agree to the terms that follow (the "Terms").
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital subscription services provided through our website and/or mobile application (referred to as "Service").

SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT APPLICABLE TO EUROPEAN UNION- EU USERS

1. Registration, Passwords and Responsibilities:

Personal Use: Your email address and password are for your exclusive use and must not be shared with others. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from your guardian. If this is not the case, the responsibility lies with either the guardian or the minor.
Preventing Unauthorised Access: You must not enable anyone who is not a registered user to gain unauthorized access to the site or its services.
Account integrity: You must not create multiple accounts maliciously or impersonate other users.
Compliance: You must adhere to these terms and conditions. If ABP Network Private Limited determines that you have violated these terms, they may terminate your access to the site and its services without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your information and passwords up to date and confidential.

Certain features of the Site and Service are available only to registered users or subscribers. By signing up on the Site and Service, you become a "Registered User".
Even without subscribing, you will still become a "Registered User" upon registration.
As a Registered User, you are entitled to:

3. Access to premium content limited to volume of stories as per ANPL’s discretion.
4. Any other content deemed part of the benefits by ANPL from time to time.
ANPL reserves the right to amend or vary the content available to Registered Users periodically.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and/or password for accessing the Content and the Site & Service.
You agree to immediately notify ANPL if you become aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your password, user ID, or email address, or of any Content.
You will provide ANPL with accurate and complete registration information and inform ANPL of any changes to this information.
To ensure compliance with these Terms, ANPL reserves the right to monitor and record activity on the Site & Service, including access to the Content.
Each registration and subscription is for the personal use of the Registered User or subscriber only.
You may not share your login details or password with any other person.
You may not share or transfer your subscription with anyone.
ANPL does not permit multiple users (networked or otherwise) to access the Site through a single username and password. ANPL may cancel or suspend your access to the Site & Service if you do this or breach any of these Terms, without further obligation to you.

2. Use of ‘Service’:

The Service is for personal and non-commercial use only.
You agree not to share your subscription credentials with others or allow others to access the Service using your account.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the content available through the Service without our prior written consent.

3. Subscription and Cancellation:

We offer various subscription plans. Details of these plans, including pricing, can be found on our website.
All subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 6 (Cancellation and Refund Policy).
ANPL reserves the right to adjust the amount of content and the types of services available to different categories of users, including Registered Users, at any time.
ANPL offers a subscription service that provides access to content ("ANPL Content") via the Internet on various devices, including mobile phones, computers, and other devices. By subscribing to ANPL, you agree to accept the Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to change the subscription fees at any time. However, any fee change will apply only to new or renewal subscriptions.

4. Renewal:

Unless otherwise specified in a subscription offer or promotion when you place your subscription order with ANPL, we will contact you at the end of the initial subscription period with an offer to renew your subscription at the then-current renewal rate, which may change from time to time.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedures on our website by writing to subscriptions@abpnetwork.com with subject line - "Cancel / Refund for ABP LIVE Premium followed by ”
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We offer refunds only if you experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, or as required by applicable law.

6. Contract and Disputes:

ANPL shall provide your Subscription in accordance with these Terms (and the terms of any offer or promotion that may apply to your Subscription).

7. Fees and Payments:

You are responsible for any fees, including any processing or other fees charged by your issuing bank or payment provider.
The subscription price will be clearly displayed on the subscription order pages or otherwise during the order process and may vary from time to time.
You agree to pay the fees at the rates notified to you at the time of purchase, along with any processing or associated fees charged by your issuing bank or payment provider.
Eligibility for any discounts is determined at the time of subscription and cannot be changed during the term of your subscription.
All payments from outside India (including any applicable taxes) must be made in US Dollars. If it is determined that you are outside India and transacting in INR, your account will be suspended.
You are responsible for all charges associated with the use of the Site & Service using your ID, whether by you or someone else.
When purchasing a subscription or accessing any other content owned by ABP Network Private Limited, you must provide complete and accurate payment information.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use those payment details for this purpose.
If ANPL does not receive payment authorization or if any authorization is subsequently cancelled, ANPL may immediately terminate or suspend your access to your subscription or content. In suspicious circumstances, we may contact the issuing bank/payment provider and/or law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights in the Service are the property of ABP Network Private Limited or its licensors.
You agree not to use any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 3 (Three) months preceding the claim, subject to applicable prevailing laws.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

11. Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and the changes will take effect upon posting.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
